Over the last 20 years, Glenn has been involved in more than 100 investments across the food and beverage landscape, both as a consultant and as a member of corporate acquisition teams. He has worked on deals of all sizes across the full breadth of categories, product formats and channels, in the US and internationally.
Glenn has also worked with a range of different acquirer types, and understands their specific needs across various forms of transactions and related processes.
David developed diligence critical skills through multiple roles on the plant floor and in operations leadership. He combines those experiences with knowledge of multiple food platforms and large CPG acquisition experience to provide clients a clear view of the risks and opportunities.
